How Does Paperless Billing Work? It’s easy.
With Paperless Billing, as a registered user of My Energy Center, you will automatically receive a bill summary email notification each month when your bill is ready to view, print or download.

To make things even easier, you can set up text alerts.
To set up text alerts:
Step 1: Log into your Notifications Settings in My Energy Center.
Step 2: Click Billing and Account Updates to view your notification options.
Step 3: Select the checkbox next to Text to enroll.

Your digital bill can be conveniently viewed on MyEnergyCenter.com or the My Energy Center mobile app.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Bill from the Biling tab, or navigation bar on the mobile app.

Step 2: On Your Bill, scroll to Download Your Bill and click View Your Detailed PDF to view, download, or save your bill.
Your digital bill is just like the paper one – same look, same details, just easier to access.

Yes, you can view and download past bills from the last 25 months with Bill History on MyEnergyCenter.com or the My Energy Center mobile app. Simply, go to your Bill History from the Billing tab.

You can view, download, or print your digital bill directly from My Energy Center whenever you need it.

Yes, your information is secure. With paperless billing, there is less risk of lost mail or mail fraud. Digital bills are more secure and can only be accessed when you log in to My Energy Center.
In My Energy Center, you can sign up for payment reminders five days before your bill is due.
Step 1: Login into your Notifications Settings on My Energy Center.
Step 2: Sign for Payment Reminder by email, text, or both.

After you’ve been transitioned to paperless billing, you can update your billing preferences anytime on MyEnergyCenter.com or the My Energy Center mobile app.

Step 1: Log into My Profile from My Energy Center.
Step 2: Scroll down to the My Service Addresses section and click on the three dots in the corner, where you can select the option to Cancel Paperless Billing.
